BLACK ROOM TECHNOLOGIES

Because technology must be at the service of man and not vice versa.

The company Black Room Technologie is there to support you towards the digital transformation of your business or more commonly called "industry 4.0".

But what is "industry 4.0"?

The 4th industrial revolution organizes production processes induced by innovations linked to the Internet of Things and digital technologies, such as cobotics, augmented reality , 3D printing , artificial intelligence , in order to exploit the Big data and digital mock-up data.
All of these techniques are part of the ingredients that make up Industry 4.0. The technology of Radio-identification, in English RFID, stands out as the cornerstone in the "Smart Product". These new technologies give rise to a concept of cyber-physical production system, from English CPS.
This corresponds to an autonomous system integrating electronics and software associated with sensors and endowed with communication capacity. A cyber-physical system interacts with its environment in which it takes and processes data. They are used to control and control physical processes and thus modify these processes towards new functionalities.
The Internet of Things and cyber-physical systems form the basis of technology for Industry 4.0. In this new model, the coordination of these technologies applies not only in the factory, but also between factories. The aim is to increase the efficiency of industrial processes with the least human intervention, both in terms of maintenance and fault management, and thus, through flexibility and customization, increase productivity by reducing costs and energy consumption.
The interest of researchers, manufacturers, application developers and governments is intensifying in view of the prospects for economic benefits from intelligent production "Smart Product". Like the German federal government who supports the idea by announcing that Industry 4.0 is an integral part of the 2020 High Technology strategy for Germany. It thus aims to take the leadership in technological innovation both in Germany and in Europe. A plan, adopted in 2006, has been launched since January 2011 by the communication group of the Science and Industry Research Alliance. The German government primarily targets five sectors: climate and energy, health and food, mobility, and security and communication.

  01 / Virtual reality

Virtual reality (or VR for Virtual Reality) is a computer technology that simulates the physical presence of a user in a virtual universe generated by a computer, a game console or a smartphone and in which the user in question can evolve and interact with the elements that make up this universe.

03 / Mixed reality

Mixed reality (MR) - sometimes also called hybrid reality - is the fusion of real and virtual worlds to produce new environments where physical and digital objects coexist and interact in real time.

05 / BIM

BIM is the sharing of reliable information throughout the life of a building or infrastructure, from its design to its demolition. The digital model is a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of this building or these infrastructures.

02 / Augmented reality

Augmented reality is a technique for inserting a 2D or 3D element in real time in a real image. Augmented reality can give rise to many applications in the field of marketing and advertising.

04 / Automation

An automation is a subset of machines intended to replace human beings in tasks, generally simple and repetitive, but requiring precision and rigor. Simple or complex, automated systems are part of the human environment. They are developing and taking a more important place in the way of working, both in industrial production and in services.

06 / 3D printing

3D printing is the creation of three-dimensional objects produced using a 3D printer, a digital file, and certain materials (metal, plastic, ceramic, resin).

BIM is the sharing of reliable information throughout the life of a building or infrastructure, from its design to its demolition. The digital model is a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of this building or these infrastructures.
